Full Price Items

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return full price items for a store credit or exchange, or 14 days from receiving your order to return them for a full refund.

Please allow 4–7 working days for refunds, exchanges, or store credits to be processed once your return has been received.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are non-refundable. If returned within the eligible return period, you will receive a store credit only. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please note we do not cover any return fees you will incur.

All returns must have original swing tags attached and returned in new condition. 

Items bought in a sale period are none refundable, only a credit note will be issued if you wish to return.
